GNAC is the Registered Native Title Body Corporate (RNTBC) for the Githabul/Gullibul People and is responsible for protecting and managing recognised native title rights and interests on behalf of Githabul Common Law Holders.

Native Title

GNAC takes its responsibility as the Registered Native Title Body Corporate extremely seriously.
GNAC is responsible for holding, protecting and managing recognised Githabul/Gullibul native title rights and interests in accordance with the Native Title Act 1993, the CATSI Act, the GNAC Rule Book and the Githabul/Gullibul Native Title Determination.
