Governance & Accountability

GNAC governs on behalf of the Githabul/Gullibul People.

As the Registered Native Title Body Corporate (RNTBC), GNAC carries legal responsibilities under the CATSI Act, the Native Title Act, the Githabul Rule Book and the Githabul Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA).

Our governance is guided by Truth, Love, LORE, transparency, accountability and our responsibility to current and future generations.
